Terms and conditions for workshops

It is important for us to find a solution that works for both parties within the limits of our legal system. In case of ambiguity or anything you do not understand, write to kristina.mackova@kmacademy.eu

By registering and participating in the workshop, the participant undertakes to the following conditions::

1.       Login and payment

1.1.    By submitting the application via the website www.kmacademy.eu, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please make sure that all the information in the application is complete and understandable.

1.2.    Kristína Mackova provides organizational and administrative matters for the courses  (kristina.mackova@kmacademy.eu).

1.3.    The course lecturer ensures the organization, management and course of the whole course.

1.3.    Reservation and payment of course fees

Workshops 

After completing the online application, a non-binding reservation is made. The application is confirmed by paying the course fee in full to the account whose number and variable symbol you will receive by e-mail after completing the online application. Price is final. At the end of the course you will receive an e-mail with a tax document / invoice

Accommodations

The course participant is responsible for providing accommodation. KMACADEMY only provides participants with recommendations regarding accommodation. The decision of the accommodation and its booking exclusively on the part of the participant. KMACADEMY is not responsible for accommodation or business conditions of the operator of the accommodation facility. In case of any questions, contact the accommodation facility directly.

2.    Cancellation Policy

2.1. If you cancel within 7 days before the start of the workshop, you will be refunded the course fee paid or the non-refundable deposit in the full amount of the payment received.

The intention is to respect the change in the participant's decision and balance it with the energy needed to ensure the course

2.2. If you decide to leave the course SHORT than 7 days before or at any time before the end of the course at your own discretion or for unexpected reasons (eg illness or family matters), you agree to pay the full course fee, ie the surcharge.

We take into account the care of our energy when organizing and implementing the course and also the fact that otherwise this position could be offered to someone else.

You also have the option to send a replacement for yourself. In that case, first agree on the change with the course organizer at email: kristina.mackova@kmacademy.eu

2.3. Interruption of participation: The lecturer's right is to terminate the participant's participation if he / she deems it important to ensure the course and fulfillment of the course intention. In this case, the course fee will be refunded in full.

2.4. Course cancellation: If the course is canceled by the organizer or lecturer, the amount already paid will be returned to the participants.

3.       Health status and responsibility

3.1. Medical condition: The workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. If the participant is currently undergoing any type of treatment (especially psychiatric or work with a psychologist), it is his duty to inform the lecturer before the workshop. The participant confirms that he / she is not taking psychotropic drugs and does not have a serious infectious disease.

This is to ensure safety and clarity for you and the lecturer.

3.2. Prohibition of drugs and narcotics: The participant confirms that he is not under the influence of drugs or other addictive substances and agrees not to use them during the workshop.

This is to ensure a safe space for learning and growth for all present.

3.3. Responsibility: Participation in the workshop is voluntary. The participant bears full responsibility for himself /herself and for everything he / she does for the entire duration of the program. The instructor's instructions are only suggestions that the participant follows at his own discretion. The participant acknowledges that he may be exposed to physical, mental or emotional stress during the workshop.

The reason is to reach a common agreement on the concept of "personal responsibility". We recommend that you listen sensitively to yourself and take care of your physical and mental well-being. It is important for us that everyone can feel really safe. Each of us prefers different ways to take care of our own safety. We are open to support you in this.

3.4. Liability for damages: The participant will pay all damages that he causes to movable or immovable property in the premises of the course.

The intention on this point is to reach a common agreement on the concept of "personal responsibility".

3.5. Participants under the age of 18 may only participate in the workshop with their parent or guardian, or must have the written consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the program.

4.       Consent to the processing of personal data

4.1.   The data is protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR on personal data protection. Your detailed personal data and purchase data are stored in a database with security against misuse and are not provided to third parties.

4.2. The participant agrees to the processing of personal data. The information you enter in the forms is necessary for your identification as a buyer. They are used to carry out the entire transaction, including the necessary accounting operations, issuing tax documents, identifying your non-cash payments and communicating with you.
